Returns and exchanges

You can return or exchange any product purchased on othercor.com within the period stated on its product page, counted from the day of delivery. For the products currently on sale the periods are:

• SkyCut: 30 days from delivery
• SweeperOne: 30 days from delivery
• GreenBlade: 30 days from delivery
• HelioTherm: 30 days from delivery (30-day money-back guarantee)
• HydroGo: 30 days from delivery (30-day money-back guarantee)

These periods are never shorter than the 14-day right of withdrawal granted by EU consumer law, and they apply to all products, including discounted ones. You do not need to give a reason.

How to return a product

Write to refund@othercor.com with your order details (name, phone number used for the order and product). We will reply with the instructions and the return address. The product must be returned complete, with its accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging.

Refunds

Orders are paid by cash on delivery, so refunds are made by bank transfer to the account (IBAN) you indicate. The refund covers the full price paid and is issued within 14 days from when we receive the returned product. If the product is returned under the money-back guarantee, you receive the full price you paid.

Return shipping costs

The cost of sending a product back is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived defective, damaged or different from the one ordered: in that case we cover the return and the replacement shipment.

Warranty

All products are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by EU law. In addition, the following official warranties apply:

• SkyCut: a 4-year official warranty
• SweeperOne: a 4-year official warranty
• GreenBlade: a 4-year official warranty
• HelioTherm: a 4-year official warranty
• HydroGo: a 4-year official warranty

If a product shows a manufacturing defect, write to refund@othercor.com: we will repair or replace it free of charge, including shipping costs.
