SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship to the following countries: Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain. Your order is delivered to the address of your choice (home, work, etc.; not to a post office box).

All orders are shipped by express courier and delivered within 24/48 hours (1-2 working days) from order confirmation. The courier delivers to the street address and requires a signature on delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is free on all products. The price shown on the product page is the final price: there are no additional delivery costs.

PAYMENT

Payment is made by cash on delivery: you pay the courier directly when you receive the package, with no extra fee.

Returns

To return a product, please follow the instructions in our Refund Policy and write first to refund@othercor.com: we will send you the return address. Our registered office is: Corso Vittorio Emanuele II 44, 10123 Torino, Italy.

The cost of returning a product is paid by the customer, unless the product arrived defective, damaged or different from the one ordered: in that case we cover all shipping costs.
